“2023 was very good for me. Something that helped that was that the cycle from Tokyo to Paris was shortened due to the pandemic. All the competitions came together last year, I shot very well and thanks to that it was one of my best years; I got very good results in fairs that, normally, are one every year,” he considered.

“The best way to overcome my version of 2023 is to give a better personal result, in the goals I want to achieve and the external marks. For the Olympic Games, I have a very big goal that I want to achieve and I am working towards that,” he added.

The current world runner-up detailed her experience at the event held at the National Center for the Development of Sports Talents and High Performance (CNAR), where she qualified for the fourth and final phase of ownership to define the goalkeepers who will represent Mexico in the important 2024 tournaments.

“It was not such a heavy internal control, but it was demanding because the best of Mexico is here and our country is a power in this sport. In order to be on the national team you have to compete and give your best, seeking to win that place. I have many things to work on and fortunately I have well identified what my mistakes were to correct,” said the number three athlete in the world ranking.

“Everyone has their own objectives in the competitions leading up to Paris 2024 and more than anything it is for the men to win their team pass. That will help us arrive well prepared for the Olympic Games. I look good and working on the small errors that appear; I will continue forward and be firm in my objectives and goals because I want to achieve everything I want to do,” he added.

The current Central American and Pan American monarch, who also won a place in Paris in 2023 along with Aída Román and Ángela Ruiz; She took the opportunity to thank the people who follow the activities of the Mexican archery team.

“I want to thank all the people who see me and my teammates, who are attentive and who suffer in each competition.
