Unfixed Bugs Plague Xbox Version of Palworld Despite Recent Fix

Pocketpair has finally fixed an old texture bug in the Xbox version of Palworld that caused players to fall through the map – but a host of similarly annoying issues remain unfixed.

In a tweet on May 21, Pocketpair announced the contents of a small Palworld patch for the Xbox platform. It’s a single bug fix: you will no longer fall through the desert city while exploring it, so you won’t lose your hard work for a mistake you didn’t make. Apparently, the bug was caused by “the world not loading in time.”

Palworld players lose all their loot if they fall through the map

Naturally, players are relieved as they no longer have to be afraid when exploring the desert city. The bug was persistent, with reports dating back to January. The worst part? Affected players had no way to retrieve their belongings if they fell through the map and died, as the death point could spawn below the map.

Unfortunately, while you can no longer fall through the Desert City, several other unbearable bugs remain in Palworld. For example, one player pointed out that the same bug also occurs in several places in the Astral Mountains, the Volcano Region, and the entire Desert biome, but Pocketpair did not mention that the rest of the bugs have been fixed. Of course, players are concerned that the remaining locations are still glitched, so they should think twice before visiting them.

Palworld is not yet running smoothly on the Xbox

Other complaints related to Xbox include severe performance issues when playing Palworld in multiplayer. Players also reported being kicked out of the server when in a dungeon.

It looks like Pocketpair still has a lot of work to do on the Xbox version of Palworld. The Steam version, on the other hand, is still quite peaceful at the moment.
