Big celebration even after the final whistle which overflows outside the stadium, even into the streets and squares. It’s always dangerous to play with that double-edged sword called hope, especially in the face of a convoluted regulation like that of the playoffs which only rewards in the event of a repechage and not before giving a further chance to those who have just been relegated from Serie C. But looking at that damned ranking for the repechage, Syracuse is up there and dreaming, until it is possible to do so, is not only legitimate, but also the minimum of compensation that fate owes to a fan base that has suffered so much in recent years .
