The opening ceremony will be at 8:30 am in the Micro -State of the Jaime Zapata sports center, with the presence of provincial and municipal authorities. From 7 in the morning the delegations will be received, to start the powers, starting at 9.

The competences will be played in the conventional Sub 14 and Sub 16 categories, with awards in each competence once the activities have been completed.
