In Quimper (Finistère), the Kemp’5 became the Kemp’ during the summer of 2023. In addition to futsal, Yan Huitric, the owner of the establishment, is extending its offering to three racket sports: squash, badminton and padel.
To do this, he undertook major work in the former restaurant, located next to Kemp’5 in the racecourse area. In total, this new complex will house:
4 squash courts, 3 padel courts, 2 badminton courts.
Opening October 31
Their opening is scheduled for Tuesday October 31, 2023. This is what the Kemp’ announced on the social network Instagram:

For its part, the City of Quimper will inaugurate its new padel courts and outdoor courts on Friday October 27 in Créac’h Gwen.
From 2 p.m., children will be invited to try padel. The official inauguration will take place at 4 p.m. in the presence of Astrid Lew Yan Foon, a member of the Quimper club tennis club.
Finally, from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., it’s time for adults who can use these new outdoor facilities. “It is recommended to come in sports clothing and, if possible, with your own racket. The club can provide the necessary equipment for beginners,” specifies the City of Quimper in a press release.
