The Agustín Fernández pavilion hosted the fifth edition of the Ciudad de Segovia Christmas Badminton Tournament, which closes the season for the club and its players. For more than five hours, the fans were able to enjoy the great atmosphere that badminton fosters and the excellent level exhibited by the Chinese, Moroccan, Finnish and Spanish players who came from Madrid, Castilla y León and Segovia who took part in the tournament.
Given the characteristics of the pavilion and taking into account that the objective was to play as much as possible, there was a limited number of 24 seats, which was ideal for the proper functioning and fluidity of the tournament, which was divided into three groups regardless of the age of the players. participants with the intention of being able to enjoy the game more.
Without being the most important thing, the classifications reflected the victory of Ana Ayuso in group A, with Eva Terhi occupying the second position, the triumph of Ahmed Elbannan in group B, with Yunchen Dong occupying second place, and the first place for Marco Terhi in group C, with Simón Lázaro finishing second, Álvaro López closing the podium in third place, and Sergio Polo in fourth position.
