Even before the match, but especially after it, local fans caused a great deal of trouble on the streets of London. Apparently, the angry football fans did not discriminate against people and were ready to attack even the sports stars of their country, because in this chaos the new star of the F-1 team “McLaren” Lando Norris was robbed.
The 21-year-old pilot watched the final match in person and after finishing it went to his car to go home. At that moment, he was attacked by two men. One of them grabbed the young pilot, while the other tore off a wristwatch worth about 45 thousand euros.
Police have launched an investigation into the incident.
McLaren issued a statement stating that everything was fine with Norris, but the new pilot was shocked, which is understandable.
