Club News: New Head of Football Development in Skovshoved IF
We can gladly announce that Rasmus Søe is new Head of Football Development in Skovshoved IF.
Rasmus has more than 15 years of experience as a player, coach and football father and was co -founder of Gentofte Football Academy in 2017. With the exception of four years as a shipping-exhibitioned in the US and England, he has lived in Gentofte Municipality all his life-a total of 45 years.
He has followed and worked close to children’s and youth football in both HIK, GFA and KB and has also further trained with courses and one post-graduate i Football Business fra Johan Cruyff Institute i Barcelona.
In private, Rasmus lives in the municipality with his partner and three children aged 7, 10 and 13, who all play football in three different clubs – of which a daughter in SIF.
In Skovshoved IF, his task will be to strengthen the entire football business- from the children’s and youth department to the senior and veteran teams- focusing on structure, communication and community. An important priority is also to intensify the hunt for a main sponsor for the youth department.
Rasmus says:
*“I have experienced the impact of both good and less good decisions in several clubs and, together with the board and the many volunteer, will strengthen the experiences of everyone in SIF.
The community, communication and more experiences for players at all levels are at the center – and will be expanded.
I look forward to meeting coaches, parents, volunteers and players from all parts of the football so that together we can create even more experiences for everyone.
