Now that the 2024 NFL draft is wrapped up, it’s time to look forward to the next highly anticipated date in the off-season calendar: the NFL schedule release.

What was initially just a basic day has turned into an extravaganza, with every team going above and beyond to reveal the dates and location of their upcoming season schedule. Every team knows who it will play and whether it will be at home or on the road, but teams and fans can’t wait to see what the entire docket for the season will look like, and this season is no different.

But when will the 2024 NFL schedule be released? What games are known so far? Here’s what to know ahead of the release:

When is the 2024 NFL schedule release?

The NFL schedule release will be in Maybut the league hasn’t revealed an exact date yet.

If you’re impatient and want to know when the schedule release will be, you can expect it to be in the first half of the month.

The full schedule release for the 2023 NFL season happened on May 11, and select games, like the Black Friday and Christmas Day games, were revealed in the days leading up to the release.
