On Sunday afternoon the Inter football team celebrated their Serie A championship victory with a parade through the streets of Milan. Inter had already mathematically won the championship last Monday, in the derby with Milan, but the parade on board two open buses had been postponed for a few days. The parade began after the match Inter won 2-0 against Torino.
For Inter, coached by Simone Inzaghi, it is the twentieth Scudetto: from next year the team will therefore be able to have two stars on the shirt above the team crest, given that in Italy traditionally each team acquires a star for every ten championships won. The only other team to have more than one is Juventus (they have three).
