■Comment from Masahiko Koshidaka, Deputy Factory Manager, Tsukuba Factory, Kubota Corporation

Kubota Corporation Tsukuba Factory operates in Tsukubamirai City. We have always wondered if there was something we could do to contribute to the local community, and when we consulted with the Ibaraki Robots, who support us, we were able to make our contribution to the local community come true. We are grateful to everyone at Tsukubamirai City and the Ibaraki Robots. We sincerely hope that through the joy of basketball, we can bring hope and energy to children. We will continue to work in cooperation with Tsukubamirai City and the Ibaraki Robots, and we hope to work to make people think, “It’s good that our company is in this town.” Thank you very much for the opportunity today.
