The Boé Archers are in great shape and 2024 promises to be an exceptional year for the club.
The general assembly has just confirmed the great vitality and dynamic of success of the Archers de Boé. The club is ready for this Olympic year punctuated by events during which athletes, spectators and volunteers will give the full extent of their involvement and support.
The arrival of the delegation of archers from Azerbaijan around August 10 is confirmed. Athletes will be able to take advantage of the new structure currently under construction: a covered shooting range meeting Olympic standards (up to 70 m) and a shooting zone with photovoltaic panels, which is unique in France. This large investment was made possible thanks to the town of Boé.
Human dynamics
The club’s dearest wish is to have an archer from Boé who is an Olympic champion! This new training structure which allows top training all year round combined with the know-how of the coaches puts this dream within reach.
The sporting success and the club’s ability to organize high-level events are largely linked to its human dynamics. On that front, no worries. The succession of volunteers is assured. Thanks to the involvement of the younger generation in the association’s director office and in initiatives such as the organization of the shooting campaign which hosted Boé last March, an event which introduces the discipline to a wider audience.
Beautiful projects
Because if the Archers of Boé are associated with high-level sports, the club also organizes sports activities for extracurriculars and ALSH, activities in disabled homes, IME, high schools, MFR, youth camp, Rurazle Zone to Revitalize, etc. .
Among the objectives set by the club for 2024 we can note the maintenance of the women’s team in D1, the rise of the men’s team from D2 to D1 and the archery school among the s3 1st in the School of French Archery (ETAF).
And a great project: creating, around the dovecote, a place to welcome the public with the theme of archery through the ages.

UNA Boé General Assembly
The UNA Boé General Assembly will be held on Monday April 15, 2024 at 2:30 p.m. at the Intergenerational Room Impasse des Marronniers in Boé.
If a quorum is not reached, a second meeting will be held on the same day, at the same location. On the agenda: moral report 2023, financial report 2023, renewal of the outgoing third of the Board of Directors, various questions.
