The American media specialized in the sports business, Sportico, has recently launched its rankings with the 100 most valuable teams in the world. All the members of this exclusive list exceed the valuation of 1,000 million dollars, although only two enter the 8,000 million club. The Dallas Cowboys (NFL, 9.2 billion) and the Golden State Warriors (NBA, 8.28 billion) are the only two entities that reach truly stratospheric figures.

Among the most valued clubs on the planet, the first non-American to appear on the list is Manchester United (Premier League, 5,950 million), in thirteenth position. You have to go down to position 19 to find the Real Madrid (La Liga, 5,230 million) and 23rd place in the case of Barça (La Liga, 4,950 million). Only these three European football clubs are among the most valued teams financially.

The NFLcon 14 franchises within the Top 25, dominates the international sports scene in terms of business volume, with the NBA putting five of its thirty teams at the top of the classification. The New York Yankees (MLB, 7.13 billion) close the Top 5 on the list.
