Seventh edition of the Sirente Bike Marathon-Ana Aielli in the pipeline for Sunday 19 May, an event that will write a new chapter for the Trimarathon degli Apennini, Mtb Abruzzo Cup and Sulle Orme dei Sanniti circuits.
As in past years, the event organized by the Aielli Alpini Group and Avezzano Mtb aims to celebrate the territory of the Velino Sirente Park and also the village of Aielli known as the town of murals.
Specifically, the two 71 kilometer marathon and 34 kilometer granfondo routes are traced along the ancient Briganti routes and the entire Marsican mountain massif. Starting from Aielli, participants will cross the municipal territories of Celano, Ovindoli, Rocca di Mezzo, Secinaro, Gagliano Aterno, Collarmele, Cerchio and Collarmele to arrive back in Aielli.
A race certainly full of charm, dedicated to the rediscovery of the Marsican mountain area in its picturesque corners and its natural landscape.
