It may be that you directly access the quarterfinals (if you enter among the 4) or you may have to play the Reclassification, with an advantage.

The system

The best four from each conference will directly access the quarterfinals and will have to wait for the resolution of the different stages to find out their rival.

Meanwhile, the teams that finish between 5th and 10th place will directly access the Reclassification phase.

The first elimination phase will be the Play-In, which will be played between those classified from 11th to 14th place in each conference. It will be a single game on the field of the best placed. They will do it in the following way: 11th vs 12th and 13th vs 14th.

Both games will be played on April 9 for both conferences. The winner of the cross between 11th vs. 12th will directly enter the Reclassification. While the loser must play against the winner of the cross between 13th vs. 14th to define the last place for Reclassification.

This meeting, for both the North and the South, will be on April 13.

Once the teams that emerged from the Play-In have been defined, the Reclassification stage will begin. It will be the best of three games in a 1-2 format, that is, starting on the court of the lowest ranked team.

The scheduled dates for this phase in the Southern Conference are Tuesday, April 16 for the first game, Saturday the 20th for the second and Monday the 22nd for the third if necessary.

While in the North they will be on Wednesday 04/17, Sunday 04/21 and Tuesday 04/23. The crossings will be given as follows: 5th vs 12th, 6th vs 11th, 7th vs 10th and 8th vs 9th.

Once the stage is over, the four classified teams will be reordered, taking their record from the regular phase and will compete against the four best from each conference that were already classified waiting for a rival.

The quarterfinals will be the best of five games. This is how the keys will be set from the quarterfinals onwards: 1st vs 8th, 4th vs 5th, 3rd vs 6th and 2nd vs 7th.

The quarterfinals, semifinals and conference finals will be resolved in the best of five games. Like the long-awaited Finals for the title, which will grant promotion to the National League.
