This weekend the Regional Indoor Archery Championship was held in Alovera (Guadalajara). The Puertollano Archery team achieved three podiums through Jara Nieto, Marta Álvarez and Agustina Talavera, who achieved gold, silver and bronze, respectively, in their categories.
The distance did not stop the competition archery team, which traveled to Alovera on Saturday to participate in the Championship that closed the indoor season. On Saturday the recurve and compound bow modalities were competed, and on Sunday longbow. Jara achieved a score of 563 out of 600 points, reaching first place as female recurve junior; Marta placed second in the senior women’s recurve and Agustina, after a close eliminatory, managed to win bronze in the senior women’s longbow.
