Introductory Judo Course for Adolescents in Osnabruck

Osnabruck. As part of the introductory course, the basics of judo are taught. The focus is on having fun with judo and fighting combined with improving motor skills, mobility and learning discipline and behavior on the mat. The course ends with the white-yellow belt exam. Adolescents who enjoyed judo during the course and want to get even better can switch to regular training for the age group at the OTB after the course.

The course fee for the 5-hour trial course, which takes place every Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., is 25 euros. It includes the training and the exam costs including a certificate. The training location is the OTB dojo (Hall 4) at Obere Martinistrasse 50 in Osnabrück.

Registration by email to [email protected], stating your name, year of birth and telephone number, is required. The number of participants in the course is limited to a maximum of 20 adolescents. Places will be allocated once registration has been received.
