Bayern are getting going again!
On Tuesday there was a public training session for the fans in the afternoon, around 2,000 supporters flocked to Säbener Straße. The stars came out shortly after 4 p.m., Thomas Tuchel (50) high-fived his stars individually and gave a short “New Year’s speech” to the team at the start. Then we started training straight away.

When Tuchel started at the end of March, the principle had already worked: Back then, in the first training session, Tuchel gave Sané a gentle kick on the bottom. After that, he mostly played like he was excited and delivered his best Bayern half series to date in the first half of the season. With nine goals and nine assists in 24 competitive games.

Not yet in training: Alphonso Davies (23), who got an extra day of Christmas vacation, and Konrad Laimer (26), who only trained on the next pitch. The injured Gnabry and Mazraoui trained indoors.
Kingsley Coman (27), who was injured before Christmas, was back at full strength.

What was surprising was that our U17 world champion Maximilian Hennig (17) was allowed to join the professionals for the first time. The talented Adnan Aznou (17), Lovro Zvonarek (18) and Noel Aseko Nkili (18) were also there at the start of 2024.
One person was particularly celebrated by the many fans: superstar Harry Kane (30). Right from the start there were always loud shouts of “Harry, Harry” and at the end of course everyone wanted an autograph or selfie with the England superstar. And almost everyone got one too! When the training ended shortly after 5 p.m., Kane made the big rounds of the fans and patiently fulfilled almost all of the fans’ wishes. Despite the rain and storm, Harry stayed on the pitch for about half an hour. That’s what makes a real superstar…
