Week 14 NFL Preview: Key Matchups and Odds for the Upcoming Games

Week 13 of the NFL season brought us several insane results. Who would’ve thunk the San Francisco 49ers would dominate the Philadelphia Eagles like they did? Still, despite the incredible performances, something felt missing. There was no Lamar Jackson, no Josh Allen, and no Justin Fields this week. It felt hollow, empty. Luckily for us, Week 14 will be the final week where teams will be on bye.

This week kicks off with a classic matchup between the New England Patriots and Pittsburgh Steelers on Thursday Night Football. This time though, there’s no Tom Brady, no Ben Roethlisberger, just Mike Tomlin and Bill Belichick trying to convince us that Kenny Pickett and Bailey Zappe can turn into franchise guys.

Thankfully, there are several other matchups to look forward to. The Buffalo Bills and Kansas City Chiefs will duke it out in Arrowhead Stadium in a rematch of the 2021 AFC Championship Game. The Bills are coming off a bye, which gives them an obvious advantage, but the Bills are in must-win territory at this point and the defending Super Bowl champs are not who you want to face in that kind of situation.

The Cowboys and Eagles also take each other on in an NFC East matchup that could determine the division. With San Francisco’s win over Philadelphia, the Cowboys have a chance to match the Eagles’ record with a win. They may not hold the tiebreaker, but if Dallas wants any hope of an NFC East title, they need to beat the Eagles on Sunday.

Here’s everything to know about the full slate of games for Week 14 with odds via DraftKings.
