Financial problems in the 2nd league
The fact that the evaluation process is carried out earlier than originally planned has primarily to do with the 2nd league. The 16-team league, which includes professional clubs with promotion ambitions, amateur clubs, cooperation clubs and amateur teams from first division clubs, is struggling with financial problems.
