Yannick Ferreira-Carrasco is indisputably one of the most technically adept kickers in the Spanish upper house.
Going forward, however, the winger is likely to show his skills in Saudi Arabia and not in La Liga or the Champions League. According to consistent media reports, the 30-year-old Belgian is about to move to Al-Shabab in the Saudi Pro League.
After China change now Saudi commitment
The table penultimate can probably jump around 15 million euros for the 66-time national player. Carrasco will sign a three-year contract in Riyadh, where he will meet, among others, Argentinian Ever Banega, who has been with Al-Shabab for three years. The medical check is said to have already been successfully completed.
It is not the first time that Carrasco has heard the call of a lucrative offer and signed up in an exotic football destination – in 2018 he left Atletico Madrid for China and joined Dalian Yifang for 30 million euros.
About two years later he returned to the “Colchoneros”. After 266 games for the Madrilenians, in which he scored 47 goals and provided 45 assists, he is leaving the Spanish capital again.
