11:04 am. Club Brugge finds a double for Mignolet with Nordin Jackers. Club Brugge again has three goalkeepers for the coming season. After the serious knee injury of Englishman Joe Bursik (23), who was taken from Stoke City in January, and the departure of Senne Lammens to Antwerp, there was a gap behind Simon Mingolet. That filled Club with Nordin Jackers. The 25-year-old is rented from OHL for a year. Jackers must become the double of Mignolet. Together with 22-year-old Nick Shinton who completes the goalkeeper trio again. Jackers played for the Belgian youth teams and is a product of the Genk goalkeeper school. In the 2021-2022 season he was captain of SK Beveren in the Challenger Pro League, after which he made the switch to Leuven. Last season he didn’t play a minute at OHL, but Valentin Cojocaru from Romania did. .
