With a riot of jugglers, minstrels and storytellers, the 36th edition of the medieval festivals of Offagna closes today. The final evening is characterized by the solemn and suggestive investiture ceremony of the new Cavalieri della Crescia, which for 2023 at 9 pm in Piazza del Maniero awards the honors to the Rai sports journalist Filippo Grassia, to the director of the Omero Aldo Grassini Museum and to the writer and poet Fabio Maria Serpilli. To close in magic, at exactly midnight in the sky of the fifteenth-century village you can admire the enchanting choreography of the fireworks from the fortress. From 9.30 pm at the Rocca park games of skill and dexterity in archery and games for children and at 10.45 pm in piazza della Contesa the show “Incanto” by La Compagnia dei Folli. Taverns opened by the districts. Single ticket 9 euros, free up to 12 years.
