The young judoka in the U13s completed their championship series on March 26th with the Bavarian Championships in Hof. For the Gröbenzell there was a podium and two fifth places. This is a very good result at the highest championship in this age group.
In order to qualify for this special event, where the Bavarian anthem sounded right at the beginning and provided a special boost of motivation, judoka from Gröbenzell first competed in the Upper Bavarian and South Bavarian Championships. Not only fighting spirit and courage could be observed at all levels, but also fairness and togetherness. They cheered each other on and comforted each other when things weren’t going so well.
The Gröbenzell trainers were happy that in 2023, with Sophia Oehler, Jakob Raith, Jakob Schwarz, Florian Ernst, Theodor Wisniewski, Sebastian Hanea, Konstantin Hanea and Lukas Dragicevic, numerous judoka in the U13 age group took the opportunity to compete in the championship series to win the Apply skills acquired during training and gain experience.
