trophies
and a way of life

Judo is a family affair. Everyone got into it at home, my parents even joined the office. But more than that, the club is a big family. Whether it’s the coaches, the volunteer supervisors, the judokas, everyone helps each other, puts themselves at the service of the other. This allows us to grow, to build ourselves to better transmit to others, explains Lisa.
When all the generations get together as a family on the tatami mats for a gala, a common lesson or a tournament, we are clearly experiencing the best that judo has to offer. An art of living almost that Lise aspires to cultivate for a long time to come.
