With his -9, Victor Riu comes back to within a point of the lead

Author of a fabulous card Friday in Finland, Victor Riu lands at the top of the table, one point from the head. Ugo Coussaud and Jeong weon Ko follow him in the top 10.

The Vierumäki Resort suffered on Friday. Three 62 (-10), two 63 (-9), the general classification was upset halfway through. Victor Riu is one of the players who signed a -9. If he conceded a bogey at 13, the Habs had ten birdies in his day.

After a -4 on Thursday, the Parisian is now in fourth place, a little behind the three leaders, the Germans Freddy Schott et Marc Hammer and the Swedish Björn Åkesson.

Jeong Weon Ko also distinguished himself in this second round. The 24-year-old golfer signed a card of 64 (-8) taking advantage in particular of par 5 with three eagles and a birdie! The young golfer Bussy (77) therefore also made one of the great operations of the day in the standings by settling in 8th place, four lengths from the lead.

A position he shares with Ugo Coussaud. Angoumoisin returned a card of 66, free of bogey.

Many tricolors will also be present this weekend. Despite a double bogey, Edgar Catherine (-8, 13th) remains in ambush in the top 15. Felix Mory, Pierre Pineau et Robin Sciot-Siegrist (-7, 20th) follow closely. Paul Margolis (-6, 31e), David Ravetto et Mathieu Decottignies-Lafon (-4, 56th) are also still in the race.

Despite his 67 (-5) today, the young amateur selected to represent France at the World Team Championships Martin Couvra fails by one point, just like Clement Berardo (-3, 73es).

Finally, Sebastien Gros (-1, 98th) recovered this Friday with an excellent 65 (-7) but could only partially erase his bad start to the tournament.
