After Fighting Curacao, PSSI Has Prepared Indonesian National Team Opponents For Next Year’s FIFA Match Day

BOLASPORT.COM – PSSI Technical Director Indra Sjafri revealed that the Indonesian national team had obtained a picture of potential opponents for FIFA Match Day in 2023 after the match against Curacao.

Previously, it was confirmed that the Indonesian national team would face Curacao in the FIFA Match Day match on September 24 and 27, 2022.

This assurance was conveyed by the Secretary General of PSSI, Yunus Nusi, Friday (19/8/2022).

Yunus Nusi said he was grateful that the Indonesian national team could face Curacao.




According to him, this will be an interesting match for the Indonesian national team.

“Thank God we have made a deal with Curacao,” said Yunus Nusi as reported by BolaSport.com from the official PSSI website.

“They are a strong team, and will play twice in Indonesia, namely on September 24 at the Gelora Bandung Lautan Api Stadium and on the 27th at the Jakarta International Stadium,” he continued.

Curacao is a country from the Caribbean Islands with a FIFA rating of 84 and depends on the CONCACAF zone.

The Garuda squad is currently ranked 155th in the world.
