In the future, DAZN will broadcast all Bundesliga games live from the stadium on Friday and Sunday. This was announced by the streaming platform on Wednesday.
According to the streaming service, this should allow fans to “experience emotions up close”. So far, some of the games from the studio in Ismaning have been moderated and commented on.
As DAZN also publishes, special Champions League games are also commented on and broadcast from the respective stadiums.
Also new: If two German clubs play in the Champions League at the same time, there should be a German conference. That was last when the pay-TV channel “Sky” was still broadcasting the premier class. In addition, the picture quality is to be gradually increased to Full HD.

On February 1, DAZN doubled the price for a new subscription from EUR 14.99 to EUR 29.99. With an annual subscription, you pay EUR 24.99 per month (EUR 274.99 instead of EUR 299.88 for twelve months with a one-off payment). This price was previously 12.50 euros (149.99 euros per year).
DAZN itself justified the step with an increased rights portfolio: Among other things, 106 Bundesliga games and almost the entire Champions League have been running on the platform since the beginning of the 2021/22 season.
