The annual Brugger school tournament took place last Sunday. There were exciting fights at a high level! Around 200 children took part this year – a new record. Among them are the seven young talents (Lionel Ägerter, Fabian Hunn, Joel Moser, Justin Riethmann, Kevin Riethmann, Nicola Zabaliac, Maurice Lingg) from the Judo and Aikido Club Wohlen. “It was the first time for some of our fighters,” said coach Monika Osterwalder. A lot of stamina was required, because the opponents were demanding and a result was often achieved in the last few seconds. The athletes gave nothing. Congratulations to the athletes and excited to see everyone returning healthy with lots of new fighting experience and all with bronze medals in their sacks.
