Bamba Dieng’s fantastic scissor kick scored against Strasbourg was voted “the best goal of the Ligue 1 season” ahead of the very fine collective goal from Paqueta and the huge strike from Wahbi Khazri.
The African champion notably said on stage that when scoring, Dimitri Payet who was right behind him and asked him to let him have the ball, Dieng finally tried his luck.
In Ligue 2 it was Guingampais Youssouf M’Changama who won the trophy thanks to his fantastic strike against Ligue 2 champions Toulouse FC.
