The Women’s Finals of the 2024 European Boxing Championships took place at the Pionir in Belgrade (Serbia). Tomorrow it will be the men’s turn. 57 kg. Bulgarian Svetlana Kamenova supplanted Russian Daria Abramova with a crushing 5-0 (four 30-27, one 29-28).
60 kg. Victory for Serbian Natalia Shadrina against Russian Nune Asatrian by split decision 4-1 (three 30-27, one 29-28, one 28-29).
63 kg. Serbian Kristina Kaluhova defeated Russian Elena Babicheva 4-3.
66 kg. The Turkish Busenaz Surmeneli got the better of the Russian Albina Moldazhanova by unanimous verdict (5-0: one 30-27, four 29-28).
70 kg. Russian Darina Sandakova got rid of Hungarian Regina Lakos with a peremptory 5-0 (five 30-27).
75 kg. Ireland’s Aoife O’Rourke got the better of Russia’s Anastasiia Shamonova after the review (5-2).
81 kg. Russian Elena Gapeshina dominated Croatian Lucija Bilobrk 5-0 (one 30-27, three 30-26, one 30-25).
+81 kg. Moldovan Daria Kozorek beat Russian Kristina Tkacheva on review 4-3.
