Manchester United are set to lose six players at the start of next summer’s transfer window.

As reported MirrorUnited will not seek to keep even one of the six players out of contract at the end of the season.

The six players in question, namely: Paul Pogba, Jesse Lingard, Edinson Cavani, Juan Mata, Tahith Chong, and senior goalkeeper Lee Grant.

In the same report, Man United is said to be happy to release the six for the allocation of the salary of the new squad next season.

Other names such as Anthony Martial, Donny van de Beek, Phil Jones, Axel Tuanzebe, Eric Bailly, and goalkeeper Dean Henderson are still under contract, but have the potential to move for regular playing minutes.

United are likely to cash in on some of these, although the decision is entirely up to the new manager and how many players they can bring in.

In addition, qualification to the Champions League will more or less affect United’s transfer policy. Realistically, the three players who are strongly linked are Harry Kane [Spurs]Ruben Neves [Wolves]and Calvin Phillips [Leeds].
