Jihlava – Kladno 2: 7, Goal short, then debacle. Kladno has a swordfish in the barracks

Kladno started in style and Zhukov had to be careful from the initial throw-in. Jágr prepared a great chance for Pytlík, after three minutes Plekanec drove alone to the Jihlava goal, Jágr beat Wood a moment later, but in all cases the key support of the home team in the goalkeeper’s mask had the upper hand over the finishing scorers.

On the other hand, in a game of four on both sides, Dukla struck when Helt opened the score up close. The home leader started and the activity shifted to their side for a few minutes. They also forced the first power play, but in it they went to renumber two Plekanec with Hlava. After a nice maneuver, Plekanec could not finish more emphatically.

In the middle of the 17th minute, Zhukov’s short came, who stabbed Beran with a hockey stick and received a five-minute penalty for stabbing with the tip of a stick. Wolf and the home team had to face a three-minute power play by the Knights, as Aries also received a smaller penalty. Baránek was the first to use it half a minute before the break.

Only 28 seconds elapsed from the second period and the guests were penalized again in the finished overtime: Kubík reached out after the circle after Plekance’s offer and Wolf had no chance to react. Dotchin then played with a broken stick, but Kubík had the best chance of weakening: but Wolf managed to deal with his backhand. Kubík threatened again in the full number of players, but Wolf also won this mini-fight.

In the 28th minute, Cachnín managed to prevail and thus returned Jihlava to the game. After half of the match, Kubík made himself known again. This time, as a recorder, he prepared a 100% chance for Hlava, but to everyone’s surprise, he missed an uncovered goal. At the end of the second period, a decision was made. On the one hand, Čachotský did not aim exactly at the big chance, the game immediately spilled in the opposite direction, Plekanec got into another escape and thanks to the backhand stop he succeeded this time.

When he raised again with the shot from the circle in the 47th minute to 5: 2 for the Knights, it was clear that they would not miss the match won. They finished the match with great clarity. In addition, Zikmund and Kubík’s second goal today increased the difference in score.
