Ja Morant ends Wolves with a new punchline!

Dominated by the Wolves for a good part of the match, the Grizzlies managed to reverse the fate of this meeting in order to win Game 3. Something to delight Ja Morant, who did not appreciate the mockery of his opponents at all. He quickly responded on Twitter, before adding a layer in front of the media.

Returned to 1-1 in this first round of the playoffs against the Wolves, the Grizzlies responded perfectly to the hostile atmosphere in Minnesota. It was off to a bad start, however, with a large domination for the teammates of Patrick Beverley, to the point that the leader had fun with several mockeries, eliciting a reaction from LeBron James.

But on the other side, that only further motivated Taylor Jenkins’ men, who reacted brilliantly with a crazy last quarter. Result ? It was Memphis who took the 2-1 lead in this series, the outcome of which remains unknown. At least Ja Morant has earned the right to poke fun a little.

Ja Morant ruins the Wolves, once again!

A few days ago, Karl-Anthony Towns was pinned for his borderline gestures towards Morant, which must have annoyed the young star. The latter was therefore keen to respond present, and we can say that it is successful with a triple-double. In front of reporters, and after comments from the pivot, Ja responded with a nasty punchline.

I am disrespectful, just like them. There will be a lot of people who will have to drink after this defeat.

Morant refers to two things: Towns’ mid-game teasing, too confident when Wolves were 20 points clear. But the pivot’s inexperience was felt, proof that he still has a lot to learn in the postseason. And unsurprisingly, his speech changed once the defeat was confirmed.

In a bad mood, KAT stood out by brushing off some questions from reporters, while explaining that he was going home to drink. Morant saw it, while teasing a few Wolves supporters by the way. Not undeserved for the number 12 of the Grizzlies, who did not appreciate this lack of respect.

Ja Morant savors after this great victory for the Grizzlies, who showed a solid mentality in the fourth quarter, unlike the Wolves, who could not count on their leader. Game 4 could be decisive, and it will still take place in Minnesota.
