Junior skeet world champion Cristian Ghilli died at the age of 19 after a tragic accident. He was shot in the stomach during the hunt and succumbed to his injuries despite the doctors’ efforts.
Ghilli, an Italian sports shooter, shot himself on a hunting trip with friends in the Pisa region. According to reports from the Italian media, the accident occurred while he was gathering for cartridges.
With the injury, he was immediately taken to hospital, where doctors tried unsuccessfully to stop the bleeding.
