Player Alvin Kamara tested positive for COVID-19 this week, while running backs Latavius Murray and Dwayne Washington, as well as center-back Michael Burton will be barred from the game because they have been in contact with Kamara, reports ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
The Saints’ land game is therefore likely to rest on the shoulders of running back / receiver Ty Montgomery. He has only completed one race this season.
Quarterback Taysom Hill could also be involved. He’s amassed 416 yards and scored 7 touchdowns this season.
