A lot of uncertainty, a lot of work to restart and the desire to put the athletes back on the mat. The current situation of the international taekwondo in view of 2021. The compilation of the international calendar, between logistical problems, difficulties in the continuous creation of health bubbles and events to be created, effort and not a little to be carried out even if some important meetings, especially in the Old Continent they have already been fixed; without forgetting of course the highlight of the Tokyo Olympics.

The European Championships and the European Olympic Qualification Tournament: have two dates and one venue, the city of Sofia. A Bulgarian highway that leads to the Rising Sun, when from 23 to 27 July the athletes who qualified for the Cinque Cerchi kermesse will play the 32 medals up for grabs in the eight weight categories, four for men and four for women. From 8 to 11 April 2021 – European Taekwondo Championships in Sofia (Bulgaria)
From 7 to 8 May 2021 – European Olympic Qualification Tournament in Sofia (Bulgaria)
May 9, 2021 – European Paralympic Qualification Tournament in Sofia (Bulgaria)
From 23 to 27 July 2021 – Tokyo Olympic Games (Japan)
In August 2021 – Cadet World Championships in Sofia (Bulgaria)
From 19 to 25 August 2021 – Chengdu Universiade (China)
In October 2021 – Italian Cadet / Junior Combat Championships
In November 2021 – Italy Open, G1 tournament in Busto Arsizio (Varese)
