Pesan has gone mad from the power given by the King! His arrogance knows no bounds, Hadamczik rages in the Barinka case

Vlastimil Vacek, Right

Did Filip Pešán’s words upset you to Marcel Barinka’s address?

It has always been the case that the head coach of an ace does an ace and does not get involved in other things. It is not good that Filip Pešán is sitting on ten chairs… He can’t do everything, he can only do it on half gas. His youth leadership is completely misguided. First, he has no experience with young people, because he has always worked with men. He became a good coach in Liberec and a really good coach for men. Although it is easy to train Liberec, which has a perfect background thanks to Mr. Syrovátek, who understands hockey and is also strong financially. We’ll see when he works for another team, where he will have different conditions. If the geroj is as big as he is now.

You ran away from me a little bit about your grandson.

If they were in their twenties about Marcel, they should have given him a role. The second thing is that Marcel is moving from youth hockey to that of an adult, and if he returned from the twenties championship in January, he might not even have a place in Cologne. In fact, he is fighting for his existence now. He could not afford to gamble with his name on him losing his place in the club and having to be fed by his mother or father. Moreover, at the age of twenty, he did not feel from coach Karel Mlejnek that he was significantly interested in him. It’s not that he doesn’t want to represent! He just didn’t feel confident, in the junior national team it revolves around other players.

Where the hell is Czech pride? Pesan sharply criticized Hadamczik’s grandson for his decision

Which, of course, is the sovereign right of every head coach.

That’s clear! But Marcel, after refusing to play for Litoměřice three times this year (the first-league Litoměřice works as a union project, where young representatives are to start), felt that they did not even want to give him a chance in his twenties. That he would be in the fourth line at the most or a substitute. Coaches should not care where the boy plays, but how he plays. But that’s not the main reason why he’s not going to the championship.

What is he like?

Due to coronavirus, the league is shortened in Germany (the season will not start until December 17 – author’s note) and he must think about what would happen next when he returns from the age of 20 on January 5 or 10. If Filip Pešán says that the head coach is Mlejnek, then Marcela did not even persuade. He just said that it was nice that he wanted his engagement in Cologne. That was all. Dot. Departure. If he really cared about the player, he would try to find out if there was a way to do it, if he couldn’t talk to the coach. But there was no interest here.

At the same time, your grandson always arrived when he could represent in youth selections. He has played all three preparatory matches this season, in the last three years he has 55 starts on his account for the national team of various age categories… Will you not find Filip Pešán’s current reaction unnecessarily sharp?

It seemed completely useless to me, he wants to make himself a hero. Filip Pešán has gone mad from the power that Mr. Král (President of Czech Hockey) has given him, and he is involved in everything. His arrogance knows no bounds. Everything cannot be prosecuted, and when he got an A, someone else was supposed to take care of the youth. I would recommend him not to take care of Barinka, but to have the senior national team play for him. That’s why he’s there. I am not even talking about our youth, who have not been working for ten years.

Marcel Barinka’s reaction for Sport.cz:
I have always enjoyed representation, it is the greatest recognition for me and I am proud of my country. After two seasons as an overseas junior, I didn’t want to play in Canada anymore and I went back to Europe. I knew from the summer that I would be fighting for the Cologne jersey and I was preparing for it. But the coronavirus stopped all training. If it had been played in Germany for a month, for example, and I had a place in the line-up, I would certainly not dare to ask for an apology from the national team.
But in the current situation, when the season in Germany starts only on December 17, I would not have a certain place in the line-up in January after returning from the World Twenties Championship. I only got the contract for a year and I have to convince coach Krupp to get a contract for another year as well. Kolín did not prevent me from leaving for the World Championships with the national team, but I decided to fight for a place from the very beginning. We started the camp only a week ago.
But when I have performance in the future and someone shows interest in my services, I will always be happy to represent.

You can do it.

The cast and structure of competitions in the youth categories are catastrophic and it did not change even with the arrival of Pesan. We are falling lower and lower and instead we are dealing with topics such as Marcel Barinka. Why don’t we just think we have a terrifying junior league? It has such a level that players go to the second national league (the third highest competition). The junior is simply a poorly put together competition, and logically the upbringing of young people decreases. Then you look at Vítkovice and you, when the extra league closes, buy Irgl 40 years, Krenželoka 37 years, Vojtěch Polák 35 years, Roman Polák 34 years and Marosze 29 years. Where do we have those young players when we say how well we do the youth ?! We don’t have them, so some teams only buy old players. We swear at our parents, but we ourselves do not raise our youth badly, and that is why we have them in such a state.
