L) authorizing the operation of buffets and the like with the current protocol for bars and restaurants, prior municipal authorization.
The municipal and communal authorities, in concurrence with the competent provincial authorities, will coordinate the inspection procedures necessary to guarantee compliance with the measures established by virtue of the validity of social, preventive and compulsory distancing, the current protocols and the regulations established. under the health emergency.
The local authorities are empowered in their districts to establish greater restrictions regarding the days, hours, requirements and particular modalities, for the development of the activities that are authorized by Article 10 of this Decree.
