RTL is apparently trying to sell subscriptions for the in-house streaming service on the back of Eintracht.
According to BILD information, the private broadcaster plans to hide the third group game against Olympiacos Piraeus on the streaming payment portal TVNOW after the Europa League opener against Fenerbahce and the second group game tomorrow (6.45 p.m.) at Royal Antwerp.
Union was shown on free TV on the first match day, and Leverkusen was selected on the second match day. Eintracht, on the other hand, always ran and runs behind the paywall – if you want to see all the games, you have to take out a subscription and pay for it.
