Jungkook: Healthy Habits & BTS Comeback Prep

Recently, Jungkook of BTS gave an interview for Rolling Stonewhere he not only talked about his solo career or his lifestyle habits, but also revealed that he is in the middle of his preparations for BTS’ comeback, including that he is currently on a diet.

«These days I’m on a dietI only eat one meal a day. So I’m really looking forward to that meal. I find myself thinking, ‘what should I eat today?’, and waiting patiently. When I finally, like, feel a sense of accomplishment«Jungkook commented.

Also He stated that he is focusing on resuming good habits how to eat healthy and exercise: «I’ve been trying to focus more on my health. I have done a lot of physical activities like badminton, bowling and jogging… My attitude towards time has also changed. I try to avoid things that are bad for my body.»

He even confirmed that is abstaining from drinking alcohol: «I used to drink [alcohol]but now I’m trying to abstain. I want to use my time more meaningfully and value it. Doing something consistently, even if it’s small, is more important than making a big effort just once. Every morning before I shower, I do some cardio, and I do the same before going to bed. That routine changes the way I approach people and food. “It gives me a feeling of satisfaction and confidence because I accomplished my routine for the day.”
