Almost a month after the birth of his daughter, Boris Becker shares a special photo. What you can see on it: three generations and a lot of family happiness.
Milan – An emotional milestone for the Boris Becker family (58): The tennis star presented on the fourth Advent Instagram his little daughter Zoë Vittoria with her grandfather for the first time. In the snapshots, Victor Tavares Monteiro (67), the father of Becker’s wife Lilian de Carvalho Monteiro (35), stands next to his daughter – the four-week-old granddaughter proudly in his arms. A festively decorated Christmas tree sparkles in the background.
Boris Becker commented on the photos with moving words: “Three generations. A special moment,” the 57-year-old wrote about the pictures. The three-time Wimbledon winner added: “So much love, history and joy in one room. Family moments like these remind us of what really matters.” Boris Becker also wished his fans a “Happy 4th Advent! May this special Sunday give you peace, light and beautiful moments together in the run-up to Christmas.”

Daughter Zoë Vittoria is the first child for Lilian de Carvalho Monteiro. Boris Becker, on the other hand, is now a father of five. His sons Noah (31) and Elias (26) come from his marriage to ex-wife Barbara Becker (59), and Boris Becker also has daughter Anna (25) from an affair with former model Angela Ermakova (57). His son Amadeus (15) comes from his divorced marriage to Lilly Becker (49). Little Zoë was born in Milan on November 21st – just one day before Boris Becker’s own birthday.
The daughter’s name carries a special meaning. “Zoë comes from Greek mythology and stands for life. Vittoria is the feminine form of Victor, the first name of Lilian’s father,” Boris Becker explained to the tabloid Bild. Victor Tavares Monteiro was once defense minister of the African island state of São Tomé and Príncipe and is considered a great role model for his daughter Lilian.
