Archery Results: Nîmes & Manduel Top Indoor Qualifiers

Qualifier for the regional and national championships, the indoor tournament organized on Sunday in Nîmes was dominated by local and Manduello archers.

Around a hundred archers from sixteen clubs from Occitanie and Paca participated on Sunday December 14 in Nîmes, at the Assomption complex, in an indoor qualifying tournament for the regional and national championships.

The Gardois performed very well, particularly in the youth categories, with several performances of good national level having allowed these archers to advance in the national ranking with a view to qualifying for the French championships at the end of February in Moulins (Allier).

Six victories for the Arc Club de Nîmes, four for Manduel

The Nîmes and Manduel clubs quite logically obtained the best results.

Among the seniors, Nîmes Marcelle Diombo and Nathan Grillat won.

In U13, victory for Elsa Larcin (Nîmes) and Lucas Choplain Gines (Manduel).

In U15, Lily Arenas (Lattes) and Tom Labouriaux (Manduel) won.

In U18, successors of the Latins (Mandel).

In U21, Hugo Trauchessec (Nîmes) won.

In senior 2, Annick Schuler (Manduel) and Manuel Mercier (Alès) climbed to the highest step of the podium, as did Nîmes Catherine Pellegrinato and Jean-Christophe Pellegrinato in senior 3.

In compound arch, Severine Ganga (Beaucaire) and Fabrice Michel (Langlade) dominated the senior 2 category and Philippe Fappiano (Alès) won in the senior 3 men’s category.
