With the youths we managed to advance to the second Czech league in the spring, with the pupils we returned to the first league and now there will be the second senior professional competition. So last year the foundations were laid to return, where it belongs, and in the direction we continue.

Why did the first -league brand have failed so deep?

There were a number of causes behind it. Starting by inserting confidence in a partnership that has not ended and ends with misconduct in certain decisions. There were a lot of things. As a man who has experienced enough in football, I dare say that we already know what we are not supposed to do in the future years. We are smarter, wiser and we are glad that we are back in professional competitions.

What is not to be repeated?

Both last year and last year we had a promised partnership that did not turn out. And we always grabbed it as a family. I don’t want to do this today. I want everything to have a head and a heel. Otherwise we can’t do it.

How do you and your dad in the club scattered competences?

I am in charge of the club everyday and we are already doing strategic things today as partners. Of course, I get advice from him because he is older, more experienced and more successful.

Příbram was considered to be a controversial club in the first league because of your father, and not a favorite club. What will you do about it?

I believe that all of the football and educational talents will understand that it is just about football. Even in the past, even though you say we were considered a controversial club. Dad may be a contradictory person for people, but in Příbram, and I always stand behind it, it was, is and will be about football. Dad raised a lot of representatives here, gave Příbram football the soul and body and put a lot of money into it. The only thing he got for was always a pillory from people. Whether people want what they want, we will stand for what has been done here in history.

What goals do you have now?

I am not saying that we want to proceed immediately, which of course we always want. (smilesBut the aim is to establish themselves in the second league and create the foundation for what is to come in football in Příbram in the coming years.

Our project is based on what has always been in Příbram. Young players will continue to be raised here who will be distributed to professional football. And one day he returns home.

When do you really want to be back between the domestic elite?

Last year I made a plan for four to five years. Now, on the other hand, it was shortened a year. And if we could build a team that could make it before, it would be nice.

What will the first team look like? Will it be a merge of the best of Vyškov and Příbram?

We will be based on the last Vyškov season, although of course many players are looking for an engagement elsewhere, some of the players will be from our A and there will be more.

How many players from Vyškov should move to Litavka?

They are individuals, it will not be ten or more. I personally always understand when someone says: I’m from Moravia and I want to stay in Moravia. It’s not a dogma – someone goes, someone can’t. It’s all about the economy.

Who will be the coach of the second league whole? Jan Kameník left Vyškov to the bench Slovácko.

The coach is Jiří Kohout, who was successfully led by the Příbram A. Assistants are Dominik Mašek, Ladislav Maier and Tomáš Vágner. The implementation team remains practically in the same composition as the last season.

Do you have to improve something vigorously in the background?

No. The stadium is more than sufficient for the second league. We basically remained training and organizationally in the club’s professional regime last season. Otherwise, we never did football and we can’t do it. So basically this is not a fundamental change for us. The personnel number must only increase a little.

We will raise it in general by about 25 percent.

What was the response in Příbram a sudden promotion to the second league?

The initial reactions are very positive. Representatives of ammunition and people are happy. A professional competition is simply a professional competition. The difference is when Slavie, Zbrojovka Brno or Opava come to you and not Hostouň.

Are you expecting an increase in visits?

In fact, I am not able to predict it now. Of course, we will work on the visits to rise. I believe that if we show that we belong to the second league, it will succeed.

What football do you intend to show?

It will come out of the team’s composition. But we will always try to play football and not kicked. We didn’t do that even in the third league. Of course, we know that the third and second league are completely different competitions. But we will still want to push through with combination football.

What else do you have to do to the sharp second league start with Opava?

First of all, we have to assemble the team to match our ideas. Everything else has practically got its contours.
