The Fremantle Football Club are proud to announce it will once again be known as the Walyalup Football Club for the games played during Sir Doug Nicholls and AFLW Indigenous Rounds.

The Club will be known as Walyalup from Monday 13 May until Monday 27 May.

This year Walyalup will face Euro-Yroke (St Kilda) on Saturday 18 May at Marvel Stadium and Collingwood on Friday 24 May at Optus Stadium.

Walyalup is the Noongar country in and around Fremantle, with the Walyalup Club logo being designed by past player and NGA Coach Roger Hayden.

The Club would like to thank its Indigenous Program partner Woodside Energy for their support of the Club’s renaming, and its continued involvement in the delivery of its Reconciliation Action Plan.
