I have been using MagentaTV One since the end of April 2024. I previously used the old MagentaTV box.
With the old device I was able to record and watch the broadcasts of NBA games on Pro7 MAXX without any problems. With the MagentaTV One I can program the recording and the games appear in the list of recordings. But playing doesn’t work.
A customer service employee explained to me that the cause is probably licensing issues, as the recordings are only saved in the cloud and no longer on a hard drive, as with the MagentaTV Box.
I would like to ask for feedback as to whether and when a solution to this problem can be expected.
