Stefanos Tsitsipas and Paula Badosa have been the dream couple of the tennis world for a year. Now the tennis greats have separated.
Rome – Already in 2020, Stefanos Tsitsipas was fascinated by Paula Badosa during a TV broadcast. The Greek then sent the Spanish woman a message for the first time. The two tennis professionals later met. It wasn’t until last June that the two made their love affair public. Less than a year later, things are over again between the professional athletes, as the Spaniard announced on Instagram. Tsitsipas has not yet commented.
Badosa shares statement on separation from Tsitsipas
Paula Badosa wrote about the separation from Stefanos Tsitsipas: “After careful consideration and many beautiful moments together, Stefanos and I have decided to part ways amicably.”
Nevertheless, Badosa does not seem to regret her brief chapter with Tsitsipas. Nevertheless, the words sound interchangeable: “We have shared a journey full of love and learning and as friends with great mutual respect, we now decide to go our separate ways.” She also asked fans to “accept privacy” and did not provide one further information about the exact reason for the separation.

Is Badosa’s comeback reason for falling out of love with Tsitsipas?
Last year, tennis player Paula Badosa was out for a long time due to injury. This left more room for her relationship with Stefanos Tsitsipas. The 26-year-old traveled with the Greek and accompanied him at important tennis tournaments. Now the Spaniard is taking part in the competitions herself again and no longer has the opportunity to invest as much time in the relationship as before. It is not clear whether this is also the reason for the separation.
