NEW YORK (AP) — Dominican Juan Soto contributed a pair of home runs, Aaron Judge and Mexican Alex Verdugo also sent the ball over the wall, and the New York Yankees beat the New York Mariners 7-3 on Wednesday. Seattle.

After the Yankees had taken a 5-0 lead, Cal Raleigh hit a three-run homer in the eighth inning off Luke Weaver. Thus ended the reliever’s streak of 18 scoreless innings.
Verdugo hit a two-run homer off Austin Voth in the bottom half.
For the Mariners, the Dominicans Julio Rodríguez 4-0, Jorge Polanco 4-0. Mexican Luis Urías 2-0.
