A fifteen years old it would have been raped by one of her father’s Romanian colleagues in Gallura. The 35-year-old tried to defend himself from accusations of sexual assault, solicitation of a minor and stalking. But he was found guilty by the court of Cagliari, which has him sentenced to 2 years and 6 months in prisonwhile the prosecutor asked for 6. The conviction was confirmed on appeal.
The man, according to the prosecution, had persecuted the fifteen year old for several months, first asking her to continue updates about his whereabouts, asking screenshot of her conversations with her boyfriend and threatening her that it would have hurt to the latter, if he had not cooperated. Also threatening that he would get his father fired. Finally, forcing her to send him naked photos of her, while he sent them to his own. On one occasion he also raped her.
The nightmare for the little girl it is finished in the last few days. The Romanian’s wife was also convicted in the first instance for private violence. For her, the prison term would be 4 months, but the sentence was suspended. But as we read in La Nuova Sardegna, the Romanian’s defense has already announced what it will do appeal to the Supreme Court against the ruling of the Court of Appeal of Cagliari.
