Milwaukee avoids an early exit in the NBA playoffs

In the first round of the NBA playoffs, the New York Knicks, Indiana Pacers and Cleveland Cavaliers are each leading 3-2 after five games in the best-of-seven series. In the Milwaukee Bucks’ duel with the Indiana Pacers, the Bucks prevented an early exit with a score of 115:92. After the second win, the team of star Giannis Antetokounmpo, who is still missing due to injury, still has a chance of reaching round two.

The Knicks gave up a seemingly certain victory in Madison Square Garden; they were still six points ahead against the Philadelphia 76ers with 29 seconds left. Tyrese Maxey (46 points) finally equalized with a three-pointer almost from the halfway line and forced overtime, in which he scored further points for the Knicks’ 106:112 defeat and made a sixth game in the series possible.
